Overview

The CSC Advocate provides best in class customer service and technical support to Pinnaca clients using our video conferencing and collaboration services. Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills (presentation, written and oratory) and a commitment to deliver optimal customer experience; the position provides user support by diagnosing, isolating and resolving any technical issues and queries encountered by our customer base across our visual collaboration products. The position also involves the technical set up and “launching” (connecting) of Pinnaca clients conferences across our various platforms. The CSC Advocate receives direction from the CSC Team Lead, and will partner with our team of Customer Service Managers, as well as technical resources to provide customers with industry leading service and support.

Senior Systems Administrator – Slough, United Kingdom

Overview

Pinnaca is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to maintain a growing estate of Linux and Windows servers and applications, and to add further automation and management of said servers. This position will play a key role in delivering cutting-edge video technologies on a global basis as part of Pinnaca’s managed services portfolio. This role requires demonstrated success in creating and delivering uptime critical systems infrastructure. The candidate filling this role must have a solid foundation in Systems Administration and a track record of implementing and optimising Systems for maintainability and high availability. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual seeking to grow their experience in a fast-moving environment.

Candidates must possess the experience required to support highly available Systems. This position will bring expertise and best practice knowledge in application and theories of robust Systems Administration. Candidates must be completely conversant with common technologies used within Unix/Linux Systems administration, as well as networking technologies and a reasonable facility with Windows Servers administration as well. Additionally, the candidate is expected to provide scripting capabilities to automate administration and routine tasks associated with Systems Administration, and testing. In this role, it is essential to be a self-starter, prioritise work items effectively, require minimal supervision, anticipate issues and provide solutions proactively. The Candidate must be prepared to embrace the challenges and culture of a rapidly evolving small company and, most importantly, effectively communicate with peers and other business leaders and stakeholders.

We are looking for a team player with demonstrated success in creating and delivering real time IP based collaboration services. If you have a solid foundation in IP Network engineering ideally with real-time application demands (VoIP, Video) then we want to speak with you.

The successful candidate will have proven experience supporting carrier grade, highly available collaboration services on multi-vendor Video Infrastructure on a robust IP Networks and infrastructure. The individual will bring expertise and best practice knowledge in application and theories of robust IP Network Design and Implementation.

Video Network Operations Centre (VNOC) Support Technician – Slough, United Kingdom

Overview

The VNOC Support Technician will provide advanced second-level network and application support to our customers in a video and collaboration environment. VNOC Support Technicians are responsible for continuous maintenance and monitoring of videoconferencing applications and services. In collaboration with supporting partner teams, the VNOC Support Technician implements and manages video infrastructure and endpoint solutions for LANs and WANs in highly available, scalable, secure network environments including customer owned and managed networks. Additionally, the VNOC Support Technician handles customer service requests and performs escalations while analyzing and resolving technical issues in a timely and accurate manner.
